Revd Dr Will Foulger

Vicar

Will has been vicar at St Nics since September 2023. Prior to this he taught theology and mission in Durham, and prior to that helped lead a church plant in Nottingham. Will leads the staff team and holds the vision and strategy for the church. He is married to Vikki, and they have 4 children.

Phoebe Turner

Student Worker

Phoebe is our Student worker, who oversees the discipleship of our student community. She supports the students, runs our weekly student night and coordinates our annual student weekend away.

Elise Massa

Worship and Discipleship Pastor

Elise is one of our Worship & Discipleship Pastor. Elise oversees the sung worship primarily at 9&11am, leading the worship team and supporting other leaders. She is also a songwriter (Resound Worship, Jubilate Hymns) and UK Team leader for United Adoration UK which helps churches develop local arts communities for the glory of God.

Timmy Niblett

Worship and Discipleship Pastor

Timmy is one of our Worship and Discipleship Pastors, leading sung worship at 'The 4' and our 6:30 service.

Kate Swann

Children and Families Worker

Kate is our Children and Families worker, and oversees the discipleship of our 0-11 year olds on a Sunday morning. She also supports families with growing faith at home, and coordinates our monthly family-focused service The 4, as well as our annual holiday club.

Abi is one of our assistant kids leads. Abi supports the Children and Families worker.

Hannah Wilkinson

Youth Lead

Hannah is our Youth Lead, overseeing the discipleship of our 11-18 year olds. She is also responsible for the 6:30 evening service.

Meg Haslam

Youth Enabler

Meg is our Youth Enabler, with responsibility for the discipleship and pastoral care of our 11-18s. Meg runs Youth at our 11am as well as co-leading Sunday Youth at 5pm. She leads our schools work.

St Nics is home to a dynamic team that serves the St Nics community and the city of Durham.

Helen Miller

Curate

Helen is our Curate. She was recently ordained as a deacon. Helen is part of our ministry team serving in a range of areas and across our three services.

Kate Dawson

Operations Manager

Kate works alongside the leadership team oversee-ing the day to day running of the church and its buildings.

Chris Massa

Tech Co-ordinator

Chris is in Durham studying for a PhD in music composition. He is married to Elise, and they have a son, Caleb. Chris’ role is to oversee our production (Audio and Visuals) on Sundays and for other events.

Abi West

Ministry Experience Volunteer

Abi is our current Ministry Experience Volunteer (MEV) who is interning for a year here at St Nics. She primarily works within our Children and Families ministry but also helps run our communications.

Elizabeth Hare

Parish Safeguarding Officer

Elizabeth oversees our safeguarding work

at St Nics.
