Children & Families
Children are an important part of our church family and aim to offer a vibrant children and families ministry.
On Sundays we have, Kids @ 9 (0-11 yr olds), during the 9am service, and at the 11am service, Tiny Sparks
(0-2 yr olds), our unstaffed creche space, Glow tots (2-5 yr olds) and Illuminate (school years 1-5).
Then on Monday mornings we meet for Little Stars our toddler group.
We are committed to providing a safe place for our children and families and provide opportunities for children to encounter God.
Sunday Groups
1 Group at the 9am for 0-11 yrs.​

2 groups meet during the 11am morning service:

Illuminate (school yrs 1-5)

We focus on skills for discipleship including Bible reading, understanding the Bible through our 'wonderings and ponderings,' as well as 'chatting and catching' from God in prayer.
​
We have a great team of volunteers who help to run these groups. All volunteers have a DBS certificate and have undergone safeguarding training.

Little Stars
Toddlers Group
Little Stars Baby and Toddler Group meets every Monday between 10-11:30 in church for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Little Stars has now finished for the summer but click on the link below to find out about our summer meet up plans. We will reopen on Monday 7th September 2026.
Kate Swann
Kate is our Children and Families worker, and oversees the discipleship of our 0-11 year olds on a Sunday morning. She also supports families with growing faith at home, and coordinates our monthly family-focused service The 4, as well as our annual holiday club.
